 HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE

 SUPPORTED BY MENTORSHIP

Internships at The Bridge provide young adults with a structured environment to practice workplace skills, explore professional interests, and experience the day-to-day rhythms of work.

Through our Supportive Immersion framework, students work alongside local business owners, artisans, educators, and organizers in Atenas and surrounding areas. Our team collaborates with each student to match their current capabilities and goals with an appropriate placement, offering ongoing coaching on time management, communication, and workplace problem-solving along the way.
