Scaffolded Growth in the Workplace

Initial Assessment & Interest Mapping
During the first weeks on campus, students meet with our vocational coordinator to discuss interests, prior experience, and personal goals.

Placement & Onboarding
Students begin working 2 to 3 days per week, starting with clear, manageable responsibilities alongside a site supervisor and Bridge mentor.

Weekly Relfection & Skill Building
Students participate in regular check-ins to process workplace experiences, troubleshoot challenges, and refine communication skills.

Portfolio Documentation
Hours, responsibilities, and supervisor feedback are compiled directly into the student's Bridge Resume.
